Script Doctoring | 剧本开发与叙事评估

This practice focuses on narrative viability and development feasibility within a professional context. The emphasis is not on linguistic refinement, but on assessing structural integrity, clarity of the narrative axis, and alignment between creative intent and the written material.

该工作聚焦于剧本在专业语境中的叙事成立性与开发可行性。重点不在于语言层面的修改,而在于评估故事结构是否稳固、叙事轴线是否清晰,以及创作动机是否与文本呈现相匹配。

The scope includes structural analysis, character system evaluation, pacing and tonal consistency, and thematic positioning. It also involves examining the creator’s relationship to the project to ensure the material is framed from an appropriate and sustainable narrative position.

工作内容涵盖结构分析、人物系统评估、节奏与语气一致性判断,以及主题定位的清晰化。同时也会对创作者与项目之间的关系进行审视,以确保故事被置于合适且可持续的叙事位置。

This service applies to short films, feature films, series, and projects in development requiring recalibration. The objective is to bring the project into a state where it can be clearly communicated, evaluated, and advanced.

Producing | 制片(开发 / 制作)

In producing, my role centers on responsibility for overall project logic, structural stability, and decision-making consistency, rather than procedural execution alone.

在制片工作中,我承担的是对项目整体逻辑、结构稳定性及关键决策一致性负责的角色,而非单纯的流程执行。

Responsibilities include strategic judgment during development, creative prioritization, coordination between resources and production constraints, and maintaining actionable decisions between creative objectives and feasibility.

工作内容包括开发阶段的战略判断、创作方向的取舍、资源配置与制作现实之间的协调,以及在创意目标与可落地性之间持续做出可控决策。

This role is suited for auteur-driven projects, independent films, and small-scale productions that require strong judgment and structural management rather than scale.

该角色适用于作者型项目、独立电影、小体量制作,以及需要高度判断力与结构管理而非规模扩张的制作环境。

VFX Producing | 视觉特效制片(叙事整合)

VFX producing is approached through narrative integration, emphasizing necessity, function, and control of effects rather than technical display or volume.

视觉特效制片工作以叙事整合为核心,强调效果在故事中的必要性、功能性与可控性,而非技术展示或数量堆叠。

Responsibilities include defining VFX strategy, managing budget and schedule, and establishing clear, executable boundaries between aesthetic goals and production realities. VFX is treated as an integral component of the narrative system.

职责范围包括视觉效果策略制定、预算与周期管理,以及在美学目标与制作条件之间建立清晰、可执行的边界。视觉特效在此被视为叙事系统的一部分。

This applies to projects requiring high visual consistency within limited resources, or those balancing realism and stylization with precision.

Directing | 导演

Directing practice is grounded in narrative clarity, character logic, and world coherence. Visuals function to organize information, guide comprehension, and maintain tonal stability.

导演工作以叙事清晰度、人物逻辑与整体世界一致性为核心原则。影像在此承担组织信息、引导理解与维持语气稳定的功能。

Focus areas include shot motivation, rhythmic structure, performance placement, and tonal control, ensuring all visual decisions serve the narrative objectives and overall project logic.

重点关注镜头动机、节奏结构、表演位置与整体语气控制,确保所有视觉选择服务于叙事目标与项目整体逻辑。

Directing engagements are undertaken selectively, based on creative alignment, production timelines, and resource compatibility.

导演项目基于创作契合度、制作周期与资源匹配度进行选择性参与。

I’m an independent creator born in 1993 in Changsha, now based in California. My writing started from an urgent need to express. Back in school, I often felt overwhelmed by the chaos and complexity of the world—by the emotions and stories left unsaid. Writing became my way of organizing my thoughts, finding clarity, and gradually, connecting with the outside world.


Right now, I’m focused on writing and filmmaking. My blog is a “real writing experiment,” where I try to update daily, documenting my thoughts, emotional shifts, observations on relationships, and my creative process. It’s also a record of my journey to becoming a director. After returning to China in 2016, I entered the film industry and worked in the visual effects production department on projects like Creation of the Gods I, Creation of the Gods II, and Wakanda Forever, with experience in both China and Hollywood. Since 2024, I’ve shifted my focus to original storytelling.


I’m currently revising my first script. It’s not grand in scale, but it’s deeply personal—centered on memory, my father, and the city. I want to make films that belong to me, and to our generation: grounded yet profound, sensitive but resolute. I believe film is not only a form of artistic expression—it’s a way to intervene in reality.

我是93年出生于长沙的自由创作者。我的写作起点来自一种“必须表达”的冲动。学生时代,我常感受到世界的混乱与复杂,那些没有被说出来的情绪和故事让我感到不安。写作是我自我整理、自我清晰的方式,也逐渐成为我与外界建立连接的路径。


我目前专注于写作和电影。我的博客是一个“真实写作实验”,尽量每天更新,记录我的思考、情绪流动、人际观察和创作过程。我16年回国之后开始进入电影行业,曾在视效部门以制片的身份参与制作《封神1》《封神2》《Wankanda Forever》等,在中国和好莱坞都工作过,24年之后开始转入创作。
